TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PARTICIPANTS

Tokoteknologi is a platform that connects participants with the right instructors to help participants learn new skills/knowledge or develop particular skills. The Tokoteknologi application and website are managed by PT. Tokoteknologi Mikroelektronik Nusantara.

By accessing and using the Tokoteknologi application and website and registering as a Student at Tokoteknologi, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to be bound by all rules that apply at Tokoteknologi.

  1. Registration
    a. To register as a Participant, you must complete all biodata fields without exception and provide your real identity.
    b. You must state your full name (not an alias).
    c. The phone number provided must be active, so that Tokoteknologi can contact you at any time if necessary. d. Tokoteknologi reserves the right to reject your application to register as a Participant for a clear reason.

  2. Participant Account
    a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
    b. You agree to be responsible for everything that occurs in connection with the use of your personal account and password.
    c. You agree to notify Tokoteknologi immediately of any misuse of your account or any other security breach relating to your account.
    d. Tokoteknologi will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
    e. Tokoteknologi reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts.

  3. Participant Profile
    a. You agree to fill in all personal information as accurately as possible.
    b. You, and not Tokoteknologi, are fully responsible for all materials you provide on Tokoteknologi.

  4. Instructor Search
    a. You understand that all information about Instructors is provided by third parties outside the control of Tokoteknologi.
    b. We are not responsible for any loss caused by third-party information.

  5. Payment
    a. You agree to pay for the course package within the time set by Tokoteknologi.
    b. If you do not pay within 2x24 hours, the order is considered cancelled.
    c. Tokoteknologi does not guarantee a refund of payment if a course is cancelled.

  6. Participant Conduct
    a. A Participant who is late in paying for a course package will have their course registration cancelled.
    b. Participants must maintain ethics and courtesy when learning with Instructors so that the teaching and learning atmosphere is conducive and comfortable.

  7. Use of Information The use of teacher and student account information for the interests of Tokoteknologi is permitted provided it is with the approval of Tokoteknologi and without intermediaries, and everything related to the information is entirely the right of Tokoteknologi.


INSTRUCTORS

By accessing and using the Tokoteknologi application and website and registering as an Instructor at Tokoteknologi, you acknowledge that you have understood and agreed to be bound by all rules that apply at Tokoteknologi.

  1. Registration
    a. To register as an Instructor, you are required to complete all of your personal information, including personal data, a short profile, teaching experience, and proof of qualification for particular expertise. All information entered must be true and accurate.
    b. You must state your full name (not an alias).
    c. The phone number provided must be active, so that Tokoteknologi can contact you at any time if necessary.
    d. Tokoteknologi reserves the right to reject your application to register as an Instructor for a clear reason.

  2. Instructor Account
    a. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.
    b. You agree to be responsible for everything that occurs in connection with the use of your personal account and password.

  3. Instructor Profile
    a. You agree to fill in all personal information as accurately as possible.
    b. You, and not Tokoteknologi, are fully responsible for all materials you provide on Tokoteknologi.

  4. Instructor Conduct
    a. Instructors must be responsible, professional, and ethical when teaching Participants so that the course atmosphere is conducive and comfortable.
    b. Instructors must prepare teaching materials thoroughly before teaching.
    c. Instructors must attend on time according to the agreed schedule. If an Instructor is unable to attend, the Instructor must inform the participants being taught, with a clear reason, at least two days before the teaching time.
    d. Instructors agree to accept sanctions from Tokoteknologi if they fail to meet the three points above. The form of sanction will be determined further by Tokoteknologi based on clear considerations.

  5. Use of Information The use of instructor and participant account information for the interests of Tokoteknologi is permitted provided it is with the approval of Tokoteknologi and without intermediaries, and everything related to the information is entirely the right of Tokoteknologi.
